A new bill which recently passed the Senate, could provide much needed relief to West Virginia drivers who for the longest time have been paying one of the highest auto insurance premiums in the country. Persons who have been convicted twice of driving under the influence of alcohol will be compelled to avail of increased liability insurance, if the legislator’s bill of Carroll County in Maryland is passed into a law.
